Thank you for signing up for a class at HOTplate Pottery & Clayworks! We’re excited to create with you. 🎨🔥

To ensure a smooth experience, please review our class policies:

📌 Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at registration to secure your spot.
  • We accept all major credit cards. If you need to pay with cash or a gift certificate, please contact us before registering. We are unable to retroactively apply gift certificates.

🔄 Rescheduling & Transfers

  • If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before the class starts.
  • Your registration will be transferred as studio credit, which can be used for a future class or studio experience.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

💰 Studio Credit-Only Policy

  • All sales are final. HOTplate Pottery & Clayworks does not issue refunds for cancellations or missed classes.
  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the class will receive a full studio credit for a future class.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time or no-shows are not eligible for a credit due to the preparation and limited seating of our workshops.

⏳ Minimum Enrollment & Cancellations by HOTplate

  • Classes require a minimum number of participants. If we do not meet the minimum, we may cancel or reschedule.
  • If HOTplate cancels a class, you will receive a full studio credit to use for another class or studio experience.
